Maintaining an optimal workstation set up is key to providing the maximum service time and quality to the bands that our business supports. As an Independent Contractor, you’re responsible for obtaining, configuring and maintaining your own workstation. This guide is here to help you do just that!

CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 Ghz or better or Intel iclass or AMD Phenom X2 class or better

Hard Drive:  20 GB or more of available space / 60 GB or more of total space 

Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better

Operating System Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10 

Standard Connection and Speed:  Hard-wired connection (no wireless) + Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload

Monitor:  1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution / 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)

What is the Voice Assessment and why do I need to pass it?

The Voice Assessment is a free and fast 10 minutes evaluation that is conducted over the telephone through an automated system. It measures your vocal quality and your ability to interact with customers over the phone.

What does the work involve?

The work mainly consists of taking inbound customer calls involving customer service. You will choose the  client you wish to service and there can be an element of sales involved.
