Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality service on behalf of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively managing inbound and outbound calls.
● Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services to provide accurate information.
● Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
● Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our systems.
● Identify and escalate complex cases to the line manager for prompt resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
● Ability to pass basic skill-based assessments.
● Successful completion of a criminal background check.
● Possession of a personal computer or laptop with broadband connectivity.
● Dedicated fixed landline phone and headset for service delivery.
● VOIP headset for training purposes.
● Awareness of self-employment status, with responsibility for personal tax obligations.
● Minimum age of 18 years.
● Legal right to live and work in the UK.
● Customer-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and discipline.
Minimum Requirements
● Service a minimum of 15 hours per week, managing customer service and telesales calls for our partners.
● Operate from a quiet, dedicated workspace, utilizing your computer, broadband internet connection, and a dedicated landline telephone.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Manager to join us at our Cardiff office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and supporting our customer service advisors as they help our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, and managing client relationships to maintain satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership: Supervise and support independent customer service advisors, providing guidance and resources to ensure exceptional service delivery.
● Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess advisor performance, implementing improvement plans and providing constructive feedback to maintain high service standards.
● Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
● Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance advisor skills and performance.
● Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent and superior service delivery.
● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and service metrics to the director.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in a customer service / customer facing role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
● Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
